About the Role

As a Recruiting Coordinator , youll keep the hiring process running smoothly from start to finish. Youll be the first point of contact for candidates, leading short interviews, documenting outcomes, and making sure the right people move forward quickly. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct short structured interviews and info sessions with prospective candidates
  • Take accurate notes and complete required documentation promptly
  • Follow scripts and internal processes to ensure fairness and consistency
  • Manage scheduling and weekly task flow to keep everything moving on time
  • Flag unusual situations or edge cases for hiring leads
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth candidate handoffs

  • Good judgment. You know when to escalate or ask for a second opinion
  • Calm under pressure and adaptable to fast-paced environments
  • Availability to work 3040 hours per week
  • U.S. work authorization required
