NOTE: This position will be on-site at our corporate office in Franklin, TN.

Position Summary
The Senior Financial Analyst plays a critical role in shaping the financial health and strategic direction of the business. This role is responsible for building and maintaining complex financial models, leading budgeting and forecasting processes, and providing timely and actionable insights to business leaders. The ideal candidate is not just a strong analyst—but a business partner who can translate data into strategy, ask the right questions, and proactively identify opportunities to improve financial performance.

Forecasting, Budgeting & Planning

Lead and support budget cycles, reforecasts, and long-range planning. Work cross-functionally to validate assumptions and ensure alignment with business goals.

Financial Reporting & Variance Analysis

Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports with variance commentary and insights for senior management and operations teams. Partner closely with field leadership to support store-level performance visibility.

Decision Support & Modeling

Build and maintain financial models to support initiatives such as pricing, margin analysis, and capital investments. Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to support key decisions.

Business Partnership

Act as a finance partner to key departments—particularly Operations and Marketing—to support reporting, performance tracking, campaign analysis, and strategic planning.

Reporting Automation & BI Tools

Develop dashboards and performance tools in Power BI and Excel to enhance access to real-time insights and streamline routine reporting for Finance, Operations, and Marketing teams.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA a plus)
  • 4–6 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical role
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with financial systems such as Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or similar
  • 3–5 years of experience with Power BI or similar BI tools for financial reporting and dashboarding
  • Strong business acumen and a proactive, curious mindset
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data for non-financial audiences
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Experience supporting multi-unit operations, restaurant performance reporting, or field-based financial analysis
  • Familiarity with marketing ROI analysis, promotional tracking, and campaign reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and developing structure from the ground up
