Job Summary
We are seeking a Social Media Coordinator to join our team! As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be creating content across many different social media platforms, working on promotional campaigns, and maintaining a strong online presence. You will also be maintaining the comments section of all posts, ensuring every message published on social media is in tune with our company message, and keeping up to date with the latest social media trends. The ideal candidate is comfortable creating content for a social media platform, has strong organizational skills, and the ability to run a successful social media campaign.

Responsibilities

• Create content for social media across multiple platforms in a variety of formats
• Monitor social media interactions across all platforms
• Work closely with the rest of the marketing team to stay on-brand and maintain an accurate voice across all platforms
• Monitor social media trends with an eye for implementing them within the current marketing campaign
• Abide by a living social media calendar and meet all publishing deadlines
• Curate content to B2C and B2B markets
• Attend weekly meetings to discuss direction and execution

Qualifications

• Strong familiarity with all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn), including understanding social media trends
• Experience in content creation is desired, but not required
• Strong caption and content writing skills with a brand-friendly tone
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Express, or other basic design tools
• Comfortable creating original TikTok content (basic filming/editing)
• Organized, reliable, and deadline-driven
• Self-starter who can take direction and execute consistently and timely without compromising quality or vision
• Creative with a passion for social media, marketing campaigns, and/or content creation
• Ability to engage with online users in a personable and professional tone
• Consistent team communication skills whether working in office or remotely
• The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Interest in food & wellness content is a plus!
