In this role, you will help shape the online presence of high-profile clients by crafting engaging content, managing interactions, and driving audience engagement and monetization across social media platforms — all while writing and communicating fluently in German.

ResponsibilitiesWriting & Content Creation
Write engaging posts, stories, and responses in German that reflect each client’s unique voice and brand.
Deliver high-quality, compelling content to maintain and grow online presence.
Audience Engagement
Manage and respond to messages, comments, and notifications (such as subscriptions, likes, purchases) on client accounts — all in German.
Maintain an authentic, engaging, and consistent tone.
Sales & Promotions
Use social media strategically to drive sales and monetize assigned accounts effectively.
Post updates and stories at optimal times to maximize reach and conversions.
Account Management
Keep accurate notes on fan interactions, VIP lists, and client preferences.
Ensure you understand all assigned clients before engaging on their accounts.
Learning & Research
Stay up-to-date on each client’s profile, preferences, and relevant guidelines.
Keep informed about social media trends and best practices to improve engagement and monetization.
Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required.
Experience in social media management, content creation, or similar roles.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and their audiences.
Ability to manage multiple accounts with efficiency and professionalism.
A sales-oriented mindset with the ability to turn conversations into revenue.
Creating and delivering top-quality content that aligns with client and agency standards.
Actively engaging audiences and achieving sales and engagement goals.
Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
