Position Overview:
A Swimming Pool Remodel Technician specializes in the renovation, repair, and enhancement of residential and commercial swimming pools. This role involves upgrading pool structures, installing new equipment, and ensuring that all systems operate efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
· Demolition & Renovation: Remove and replace outdated pool surfaces, tiles, coping, and decking.
· Equipment Installation: Install and upgrade pool equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, and lighting systems.
· Plumbing & Electrical Work: Perform plumbing and electrical tasks related to pool systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
· Water Chemistry Management: Test and adjust pool water chemistry to maintain optimal balance.
· Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and local regulations during all phases of the remodel.
· Comply with company procedures and policies.
Qualifications:
· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
· Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent communication and customer service
Working Conditions:
· Outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
· Use of power tools and heavy machinery.
· Potential exposure to chemicals; proper safety equipment provided.
