This is a commission-only opportunity where you’ll keep 40% of every placement fee — with uncapped earning potential.
You’ll work remotely, manage your own pipeline, and collaborate with a network of top recruiters placing talent into high-impact technical roles.
Source, engage, and close high-caliber technical talent (Software Engineers, AI/ML Engineers, DevOps, Data Engineers, Product Managers, etc.)
Partner directly with hiring managers and founders across 200+ active clients
Manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, outreach, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and closing
Leverage our AI-driven CRM, lead flow, and training to maximize productivity and placements
Build long-term client and candidate relationships that drive repeat success
Operate independently while collaborating within a high-performance recruiting network
