This role offers the chance to lead, innovate, and collaborate with a talented team while contributing to a critical initiative. As a UX Researcher, You Will Define success metrics for a new theme-able design system, focusing on the user onboarding experience. Plan and execute user research activities, including interviews and usability testing. Analyze data, synthesize insights, and identify pain points. Develop and implement recommendations to improve the design system. Ensure alignment with design standards, including global standards. Collaborate with leadership on strategy and implementation. Assist in piloting design workflows. Evolve and maintain design assets to meet user needs. Must-Have Qualifications Experience in UX research focused on design systems. Skills in planning and conducting user research and data analysis. Strong analytical skills and insight synthesis. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Understanding of design system principles. The target hourly compensation range is $85 to $95, based on experience, education, certifications, and location.
